Join us for this three-hour interactive session where parents will connect with their child through fun and engaging mindfulness activities. Mindfulness has been scientifically proven to lower stress levels, increase emotional regulation, as well as develop focus and concentration, for both adults and children.
At this non-religious workshop, we share strategies to help parents incorporate mindfulness into the daily lives of their family.

Passionate about promoting a community based on awareness and positivity, Mallika Kripalani is the founder of The Conscious Zone (theconsciouszone.org), which brings mindfulness and stress-management solutions into businesses, schools and homes. As a Mindfulness and Acceptance & Commitment Coach, she works with both individuals and organisations. She runs training sessions for corporate clients, and conducts school and public workshops on mindful techniques to reduce stress, boost resilience and commit to action through realistic goal-setting.
